spinoff to ryan cabrera question - what type of guy is your guy?
What's your way of dress.....his 'look'? Is it metro like cabrera?
My DHs look is preppy, laid back. birkenstocks even in the winter, plaid shirts and kaki's for dinner out. Gap, J.Crew, Banana. HOT!!!

DH doesn't really have a look per se.
He's really your basic jeans and t-shirt kind of guy.... when he dresses up it's usually kakhis and polo. He has 2 suits and only breaks them out for weddings and funerals.

one time DH tried to dress a little 'edgy' and he walked out of the room wearing a stretchy baby blue 'club' shirt. I nearly died!! I told his run, don't walk, that shirt to the garbage can. He said he had it from his college days - huh honey, you went to college in the cornfields of PA!! haha. I love my preppy man and would not change him for anything

i think i'd say preppie too. jeans or khakis with t-shirts/polos/plaid button downs. A lot of Old Navy. DH could never wear those tight metrosexual shirts. He's mad at Structure for changing their image (now Express for men).

he is all about casual...and sooo cute. he wears t-shirts with button-down shirts over them w/shorts - year round. when its really cold he'll wear cargo's or khaki's, rarely ever wears jeans. and he lives in a baseball hat. i wonder what color his hair is????

actually this is my DH too...except the part about being clean...he's got enough pairs to last him for months without doing laundry...
his tee shirts that he wears though...oh goodness! the more offensive the better...they leave alot to be desired...
and he can dress up pretty good too...of course i have to help him sometimes, but he's got a pretty good idea...

I guess my hubby is a little mix of everything.. when he is casual, he wears typical jeans, khakis, button downs, turtlenecks..
When he dresses up, he is a suit guy or wears black pants..
I do most of his shopping, so he has really no say..HAHA , so most of his clothes come from J CREW, Banana, Macy's..kenneth cole..

Well firstly Ryan Cabrera & the like are not my type because he's a BABY compared to me, what is he, like 12?
I've always been attracted to the *regular guy* ... (except in high school, I liked punk boys!)

My DH is a jeans, t-shirt, hats (mostly football teams), & sneakers kinda guy. He definitley hates to dress up, but I love it when he does!
For work he wears jeans, t-shirts and workboots so he's grown to love his 'rugged' look (minus the smelly workboots - those he leaves in the trunk of his car).
Now that it's getting cold he wears a lot of sweatshirts, but in the summer time he loves his cargo shorts and cut sleeves.
I love his look. I'm all about the 'rugged' manly-man look.. I cant wait for him to become a police officer so I can drool.. gotta love those men in uniform!!

I wouldn't consider DH a metro, because he doesn't wear tight stuff, but he's definitely trendy. I love that he always looks good, even in jeans and a tee-shirt. It's alway nice cut jeans and a trendy (not oversized) tee-shirt.

I've always liked preppy jocks. Luckily, FH is both I go for the football player types generally--tall and well built, no beer gut please. As for clothes, very J. Crew/Ralph Lauren. FH wears suits to work everyday, which I love.

Oh lordy...FH is very old school...I kinda got him out of that though, he's just 'normal' now..But I would LOVE it if he was more preppy..I love the preppy look!

DH is quite the metro. He always wears jeans or dress pants with trendy button downs. When he's bumming around, he wears his velvet 'pimp suits' (as he calls them).
His hair has to always be just so and he spends more time in the bathroom than I do. I think he even borrows my face mask for acne. But I still love him!!!
