Do you have to set up an appointment with your Florist or they call you?

I set up an appointment to go over all the flowers and after we figured it out we set up another appt to see the sample center pieces. Just had my appt last Sat and we're going back in March.

i'm planning on calling myself. wedding is in june but i'd like to see the stuff in march. i'm not sure if my florist will call me himself but i'm planning on calling beginning of march anyway.

I emailed John just yesterday and I am going in over this weekend to discuss the flowers again and see a mock-up CP (I changed my mind on flowers since we first met).
Sooo yes I think you have to initiate the process..it's like you're living in my head Bari!
