Spinoff to top shelf liquor from earlier in the day...

I was very curious about what alcohol would be served at my wedding. So I just took out the menu from our hall and this is what will be made available to our guests:

Johnny Walker Red, Tangueray, Dewars Scotch, Beefeater Gin, Smirnoff Vodka, Seagrams, Absolute Vodka, V.O. Rye, Jack Daniels & Baccardi Rum.

Beers: Bud, Bud Light, Heineken, Amstel & Coors Light.

Wine: Imported Reds & Whites

me too!

I was starting to get a little annoyed on that BHB thread. I mean, if the liquor isn't good enough for someone's taste, I don't want to hear it from my guests. That's like saying 'wow, no creme brulee? what kind of place is this?'

you know?

see i don't think anyone should complain about the alcohol selection, it is more like I like it if it is there but if not, oh well. it is not like i am coming for the food. I am coming to see my friends/family commit to one another and for them.

The reason I posted it was because my hall had been giving me the run around .. I know what most of mypeople drink so I wanted most of them to have at least 1 thing they drink..
SO we went to the hall last night and it turns ouy by Banquet manager is an idiot. she was promising all this stuff, well we went to the head manager last night and they were all empty promises and not able to be done.. so if from the beginning we were told it would be 2.50 more a person for domestice beer we would have paid it.. we have enough bills and stress a week before the wedding to be told now you know..
SO the guy we talked to last night fixed almost everything for us.. I probably would have cried the day of, because my contract they had on file had nothing in it that we actually said or agreed too.
I knew it was going to smooth
