A few places mentioned having my vendors in the room at their own table. I was also given the option of seating them on the terrace.

i thought that too, until a recent wedding where i saw them at a tbale in the back. i suppose it depends on the place...

We had them in the room with us, which worked out well, so they were never too far from the action.

We didn't have a table. I think they mostly ate during CH. Or maybe in the CH room since it was right off our reception room.

Most of the time they can eat in another room. It'll be fine. Even if I didn't work for one, I would still want them in the same room as me so that nothing is missed. It's totally fine for them to eat in another room betweeen sets.

My RH said they would be seated in a different section, and I only needed to give them a headcount.
So far I have 6 vendors
