DH was scared of 'Time Bandits'. When the knight comes through the kids bedroom he started screaming and had to be taken out of the theatre!!

Oh, this one is embarrassing but my answer may make you laugh.......... I was never scared of any movie. I could watch anything. But I was PETRIFIED of the count from Sesame Street.

Funny you should say that.... I was always afraid of the beginning of Electric Company when I was little....'HEY YOU GUUUYYYYYYSSSSSSS' I don't know why, but it scared the crap out of me.

Poltergiest scared me... to this day I can't watch it, I'm completely petrified of clowns!

I also can't watch any of the Halloween movies, or even hear the music from it.

And please don't laugh, but I was so scared of the movie Fantasia, especially the dancing brooms. My mother had to leave the movie theatre with me.

Oy... I think I'm showing my age!

THE EXORCIST has got to be the scariest movie EVER!!! I still have nightmares about that movie (sad, but true). I can't even hear anything that remotely sounds like her or I start shaking.

I am going to agree. We were the first family on our block in the 70s to have cable and that was on one night. I came downstairs, saw Linda Blair's head spin and I was freaking out.

That's the best laugh I had in a while! So cute.

There's a bride on here (I can't name her or she'd kill me) that, while afraid of horror movies, also had a similar fear to yours in that it's pretty funny.

When she was a kid, she used to watch Mr. Ed from behind the protection of a chair! She would peek at the TV from around the chair because she didn't want Mr. Ed to see her and start talking to her.

Ditto!!!!!! And Poltergeist...especially the second one with the old man screaming 'You're all going to die!!!!!!!!!!!'
