This morning me and my FH stayed in bed late and cuddled. It was so nice and cold.

I wish I could... so sad that FH and I aren't going away for our anniversary next month usually we go to Vermont and stay in a nice room and cuddle for part of the morning. Then we go out and look at the foliage.

I love this idea - I've wanted to go to Vermont to see the fall foliage

ETA: I WISH I could have stayed home today. This is my absolute most favorite weather!!

HOllie, it may not be what you 'usually' do, but a nice bed in Queens and maybe a stroll through the Cloisters (with a thermos of nice soup to eat after) would be really nice and special too. any way you celebrate, it will be special and wonderful.

tonight I am making chicken breast spanaki with some warm pita bread and hummus and maybe a nice dessert...then relaxing and enjoying some down time with my sweetie.

Well, we're going to have a nice dinner out, and THEN will take advantage of the crisp weather and snuggle in bed...after the baseball game, of course!

I agree, this has been the day from hell and after speaking to my FH early I think he feels the same way. This day needs to be over already.

I wish I could but with a 1 year old running around its hard to jus lay in bed even if you bring her into the bed to just lay and cuddle she is all over the place

Jess, dinner sounds delish! I am skipping work and having dinner with you and Leo! I am trying to find something nice for us to do on our anniversary. Maybe a drive up to Westchester to look at some foliage and be romantic. Any ideas anyone?
