let me be honest .. these photos are not bad at all..
In defense of the photographer not every shot is going to be perfect. people are going to close their eyes, a man with a funny hat can walk into a photographers shot.... and in all if you have at least 100 memorable shots you are set.. . It seems to be me that this photographer even paid attention to alot of the details of the flowers, emotions going on..the lighting looks good.. please don't feel so bad.. its really not bad at all![]()

I think your pictures are really beautiful.
I think that its hard to really look at them when they are on line and also overwhelming since you have over 800 (i have 200 less than you and mine give me a headache, lok).
I think also when you put them into an order then they probably look better to you. I am just putting my pictures into the order in which they occurred (kinda fun putting the day together this way) and you get a totally different perspective.
Eyes being closed happens, there is nothing the photographer could have done. I have one picture taken 4 times on two different cameras and each one a different person has their eyes closed, frustrating yes, but something controllable, not really. Yell at the person who blinked.![]()
Also, you will find some other pictures that you love that were not printed on the disks so maybe something you had your heart set on is still there somewhere.
Moral of my really long post is you looked great, your pictures are beautiful and cheer up![]()

I am still looking through your album, but I just wanted to say that overall I think your pictures came out really great! There are a few that I definitely see what you are talking about but I think you look gorgeous and everyone looks like they were having a great time. I absolutely love the one where you are hugging your dad, I think the emotion in your eyes speaks volumes!!!

Alana - I just want to say that I really really enjoyed looking through your proofs. I felt that your proofs really captured the emotions of the day and I really loved all your shots. I looked through almost EVERY picture I liked them so much. I even saved quite a few of them to show to my photographer as must take pics. I think you're being too hard on yourself - they came out beautifully!

I'm not in love with the gold curtain, but it's not that bad!
I think there is a lot that you can do with those proofs and you are being so harsh and critical on yourself!

You just gave me SUCH a scare!!!!!!!! I am using Duet and I just freaked at the thought of BAD pictures.....But after viewing them, What the Hell are you talking about?????????? There are MANY pictures I really like! The church pictures are very nice, I like the picture of your girls bracelet, the flower pictures, the picture by the piano with your MOH (I'm assuming) those are all really nice!!!! The candid shots of your husband getting dressed! I swear I think they did a great job for you. Now if you're talking about you don't like your appearence on the pictures that's adifferent story, this is more about the way your feeling about the way you look. But the pictures in my opinion are excellent. Women are very hard on themselves (me included) your wedding pictures are wonderful I don't hink you should be worried at all!!!! This is my honest opinion.....

The bracelet 1....most flower shots and the 1 w. the rings..oh and the piano 1 (thats my sister not MOH) was all us telling him lets do these poses! Thats another issue he didnt even think to make us get creative!

1st I want to say, I think they came out beautiful. Sometimes we're harder on ourselves than we should be.
2nd.Don't forget they can edit any picture. You can make any picture b/w or sepia and soften up the full picture or edges.
