He should definetly get the death penalty. That was kidnapping and murder (and God knows what else). I believe he should have his ba$$s cut off first, then be killed.

Just curious by the 'post subject' Did they say he definitely raped her? I am just asking b/c I hadn't heard this yet...and I have been following pretty carefully....This story kills me - I thought that might be the case, but they hadn't released that info. yet....
I think any sexual predator should be put to death IMMEDIATELY!

Some people might not agree with this, but when they are sure it is him, the girls parents should be aloud to kill him if they want and in anyway they want!! Now let me explain,,,,when someone does that to your child you feeling like killing them...all I am saying is they make that legal!!!

I'm against the death penalty...but do feel 'reassured' that whomever is convicted (hopefully by good evidence) that they will get worse in prison...

Right now, I think we should keep him alive and research him. What made him decide that on that day he would kill a child? Or anyone for that matter. We NEED to understand why this happens so that we can prevent it or do a better job at preventing this from happening to another child. He was just in jail on drug charges, but he did have a sexual prior charge against him. Why would he hurt this child? There is just no reason. It is truly sad to even think of it. Now, once they have a complete profile and understanding of this type of behavior, well then it is time for a slow needle..not a quick one.

I think anyone who takes the life of a minor should jsut be done away with.
He has robbed her of her innocence, life, future, her family etc
Anyone who murderes a child should just be killed in front of their family

I think the reason why they do it, is they get away with it to easily!! If they torture him more will see this and hopefully less would do it!!
