Splenda???
Is switching to Splenda a good idea? I feel like I put too much sugar in my tea. Would this be a healthier solution?

Re: Splenda???
I use Splenda for everything! It has very little calories and carbs. It is made from sugar so it taste more like sugar than any substitute!
I am drinking tea w/ splenda right now!

Re: Splenda???
I love splenda. It does not have that fake aftertaste of Sweet and Low and Equal.
The best are Jones Sugar Free sodas that use Splenda and not asparteme...
Yummy. Only problem is that I can't find them anywhere on a regular basis. I hate buying stuff online and then having to pay for all that shipping.

In the hours following a coffee with Splenda, I tasted battery acid in my mouth
I guess you can tell I switched to Equal.

Really I never noticed that, and I have splenda with everything...tea, coffee, and I even bake with it.

Re: Splenda???
I regularly switch between Equal and Splenda, whichever is readily available. Both work fine for me.
