Split Shank Engagement Ring

hey girls -
anyone get there wedding band yet? I dont know what goes with a split shank engagement ring...

any ideas??

I think when you have a ring like that - its very hard to find a coordinating wedding band. You could either get one custom made to go around it OR buy a wedding band and wear your rings on 2 different hands

This is my E-ring. I got a micro pave band that matches the split shank setting.

I am going to wear my e-ring on my right hand and have a separate ring custom made to complement my e-ring. I think the beauty of the split shank is when it stands alone. I haven't bought mine yet, but I spoke with the jeweler and that is what he suggested.

i have a split shank and have the same prob...i went to a jewler and they said they can custom make the wedding band so it fits exactly around the dimoand and then goes out to fit around the band..he had one there that he made up and i tried it on and loved it...so iw ould suggest going to a jewler and asking them if they have any made up that you can try on with your ring..if you dont care about it fitting perfectly around your e-ring you can just get a reg.wedding band but there will be a little space

I have a split shank too, and am most likely moving it to my right hand after we get married. I was debating getting a pave band that matches the paves on the e ring, but am now thinking of just moving the e ring to my right hand after marriage. That way I can really design any type of wedding band, and not worry about it matching.
