Sportime in lynbrook

I used to go there when I came home from college over the summers. I went with two friends of mine. It was a really nice gym, and the people were great. LOVED the classes.


ETA: Isn't that a little far from you though? What about Synergy in FS? That's where I went when FH and I lived in Elmont.

I was thinking about JUST going for the classes and paying for them p/class. Cuz yeah, it's a little far for me. The gym i'm at right now doesn't really have any classes except spin (which I can't do cuz my knee is jacked up and it pops all the time).

I thought about synergy in FS but parking there is ALWAYS a b*tch.

I used to go there when I lived at home still, years ago. They underwent a renovation and the facility was really nice! Also I used to do pilates there, not sure if it's the same woman but I LOVED her classes. Was not a fan of the spin classes.
