Sports table numbers

My FH mentioned today that he would like to do Mets and Yankees jersey type table numbers (he's a Mets fan and I'm Yankees fan). I remember a bride on here doing something like that but I can't remember who

Anyone know who or what i'm talking about?? I need pictures to help me figure this project out.

TIA!
