I'm really fair skinned, and I keep hearing about the new spray tans. Has anybody done these? Would it end up looking funny on someone who is normally really pale? I've never gone tanning since I'm so pale, I always thought I'd look like a lobster once I left, but this could be a good option. Any input would be good, thanks!

Re: Spray tans and fair skin?
i am also really fair skinned and i did the spray tan last sunday. it looks good, i'm actually going again for it today. it gets lighter each time you shower though so you have to go every week and it cost $25.00 each time, but totally worth it, everyone tells me it looks like a real tan.

That's awesome... I'm so pale - I could blend in with the wall - lol I'm gonna have to get that done! I live in Bklyn and I know Hollywood tan does that - has anyone heard anything negative/positive about getting it done there? I would do regular tanning - but, I got all freckley from when I did it when I was younger.

WishCandy I live in Brooklyn too and am soooo fair. Bumping this in case any Brooklyners or Manhattantites can recommend a good place to have it done.

pschica - I would definitely experiment w/it beforehand to make sure you look okay with it and that wherever you get it done - does a good job. You don't want to messing around w/something like that the day before, ya know?
Cluelessbride - where in Bklyn do you live?
