St. Joseph's in West Babylon

FH went to go check out St. Joseph's Church in West Bablyon yesterday. He says it's beautiful!

Has anyone been there? Or attended a wedding there? I'd love to see pictures!

I am getting married there.
It was my church growing up and I love it. I think it is so beutiful inside and out....

My best friend just got married there in Nov...it is GEORGOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Excellent choice...looks like was lifted from Rome and placed on Long Island!

I, too am getting married there. By the way, do you know if they allow rose petals to throw after the ceremony, or what restrictions do they have?

That's my church too!! I'm still waiting for Deacon George to call me back so we can start Pre-cana! I'm started to get worried actually! I didn't think to ask the question about the flowers when we first met with him, but that is something I would love to know too!

They do have restrictions. You can't throw rose petals inside or outside the church. Also, if you are having a flowergirl/ring bearer under age 5, they have to be accompanied by an adult.

Wow, really?? Ok, so what are you ladies throwing, or doing when you leave the church? just curious......
