The church says that they typically do the wedding rehersal on Thursday's. Has anyone found that they were any way flexible with that? For me, Thanksgiving is on the Thursday before the wedding and I was hoping we could do it on Friday? Any info would be helpful.

Mine's on a Thursday night also at 8 pm. I could not change mine cause there were people scheduled before me. I thought that was late for a Thursday night. When I asked about changing the day they ignored me.
Who is your priest? I am sure they will make an exceptions for Thanksgiving.

same thing for me. My rehearsal is Thurs at 8p and my wedding is the next day. I'm bummed, but the other people booked their dates before us, so what can you do?
as for T'giving, I doubt the priest or deacon would want to do it on that day either. have you asked them about it?

They'll probably want you to do it the week before instead.

my sister did hers at St. Kilians the friday before, but it was early (4 or 5pm) bc the entire bridal party except for two people were from out of town.
