I think we are flying into UVI- which is the airport on the other side of the island from the resort we are staying at (Sandals Grande). I think its like a 2 hours bus ride from that airport to our resort. ![]()

but on the bright side you will get to see a lot of the island. think of it as a mini island tour

Due to me getting car sick very easily - we flew into the airport closer to the resorts. I heard from a bunch of people that the ride from the other airport is NOT fun.

We are flying into the big one, far away from the Grande. I get sick easily, so I'm bringing a lot of dramamine. (Which I'll be on for the flight anyway)
I heard you can take a helicopter from the airport to the Grande. Not sure how much money it is, but we're thinking about it. You only live once.

DEFINITELY fly into the one closer to the resorts. It took some people that we met 4+ hours to get to the hotel.

I have been to the grande 2x now. The first time I flew into the big airport (which isnt big at all). The ride to the resort was brutal, my driver pulled over to buy beer! The winding road made me soooooo sick! The second time we switched planes and flew into the smaller airport. THEY MEAN SMALL!
I freaked out about the small plane, but it was so much better than that long drive to the resort. We were there in 15 minutes. That is the way to go!
If you fly out of the big one, take a helicopter from the resort to the airport.

We are flying into the smaller one. I'm a little freaked out about the size of the palne you have to take, but we don't have much of a choice.![]()

We are flying into the smaller airport. But I think we have a normal size plane, gosh at least I hope.
