hey everyone please tell me what you know about st lucia sandal resorts??/

I stayed at one, Halcyon. We visited the others (you can go to the others for free and eat there, which was a great thing) while we were there and they seemed a bit nicer. I didn't really like the beach, I was expecting it to be like the Bahamas or Jamaica and it wasn't, water wasn't as clear and sand not as white. Don't know if that was important to you. However the food at the restaurants (not the buffets) was very good, and we never had any problem getting a reservation.

We decided to go to the Sandals Grande in Saint Lucia. Our friends just came back from their HM there and LOVED it. They said the food was great and the service was great too. But the good thing about it is you can go to the other resorts for free anytime you want. Plus I was told that the grande's beach is the nicest.
