St Rose of Lima - Pre Cana

We are starting our first meeting for pre-cana on Sunday at St Rose of Lima in Massapequa. Just wanted to see if anyone else was going??

Don't be nervous, how bad can it be?? Ha. I'm actually looking forward to it! Foccus was kinda funny for us - so should be good.

The meeting times are Sun, Thurs, or Fri nights- not sure who's in what night but I think everyone finds out on Sun.

I'm Lisa and FH is Michael. Well atleast we'll know eachother!!

We chose Sunday nights and the man who called me said we would be in his group since I chose Sunday's...it's an older couple.

Yay!! I requested a Sun night bc FH is from NJ so it works out better for him being that he's here on the weekends usually.

Do you know if we are supposed to get unity candles or the sand? I have so many ceremony questions that I have no clue about.

Oh AND you know how we can only throw bird seed when we walk out of the church...are you doing that or something different? I hate the idea of bird seed!

I had no idea about the bird seed!!! Really??? No one told me that. Ugh. We'll have to brainstorm

Candles/ sand I don't know either so I'm in the same boat as you! Ha
