Stalking your registry - does your FH mind?

Mine HATES when I tell him what we got! He wants me not to look but I am addicted. And my sister is yelling at me too. I KNOW the invites went out, she asked me for a list! So it's not like she doesn't want me to figure out it - I mean I guess she doesn't - but I don't think that's the reason she doesn't want me to look. But I looooooove looking!

Today, I noticed someone bought one of my plates, one of my platters and one of my serving bowls!!!!! I think invites JUST went out so it's slow going but I still love to look!

I told my FH and he loved to hear what was gone....I was afraid that my sister would get pissed but she didn't.
If they are getting mad, maybe you should just keep the excitement for the LI Boards...yay!!!!!

I just had this discussion with FH last night. He knows I'm a stalker and I keep talking about how this is gone and another thing is gone and how none of our china is gone, etc. He got a little annoyed with me last night and said, 'don't you want to be surprised? You shouldn't look!' I said that at least I don't know who it's from, but he still thinks it takes the fun out of the shower. I guess he right b/c I really shouldn't look, but I can't help myself!!!

FH tells me not to look - I tell him we are the ones who registered and we do not know who made the purchase

i think he would get annoyed....i know that he is trying to help keep the shower a surprise and has been helpful in the planning i think - so he wouldnt want me to ruin it for myself

i have checked it to see if anything was bought yet - once i see that something has been purchased ill stop making changes and stop looking b/c then i know that its likely that the invites have gone out.....

i know the shower cant be that far off since its about 4 1/2 months until the wedding

My shower isn't until September and I know the invites didn't go out yet, although my 4 year cousin did tell me that 'Mom is almost finished with the invites for the wedding' she means shower, but how funny, good thing I already know about it.

Anyway, I keep checking my registry when I know there is nothing gone yet. I am going to be a definite daily stalker in a few weeks.

AND

FH will just when I tell him what we got.

in the beginning he hated it, he thought it was ruining our surprises. then when i'd get really excited that something was bought, he'd get all excited too.

FH is definitely worse then me. He will ask me almost everyday if I checked our registries...lol!!

My FH gets mad because he didn't even want me to register and basically 'ask' for gifts. He comes from CT and I guess they don't go as crazy with their weddings as we do here in NY. He doesnt understand the hype really. I, however, don't really care if he likes it or he doesn't.
