Stamp question

Please help b/c I am so confused. I am putting my invites together. Now I know I have to bring my assembled invite to the post office so they can weigh them and have the nice Forever stamp or LOVE stamp on the outside. My question is on the RSVP card that is returned to my parents does it have to be a LOVE stamp too b/c I just bought a roll of stamps and they have the flag on it. Please help. Is that okay to put the American flag on the response envelope?

Re: Stamp question

You can put whatever u want, its up to you. Just make sure that ure return envelope is .41, if they're really small they are extra and the postage is .58!

as long as the stamp is a 41cent stamp then you are ok

Re: Stamp question

They sell the wedding stamps in a package.....if your invitation permits you to use the wedding stamp.....I think the invitation stamp is like .67 and the response card is the standard .41.....

No matter what you do, it will end up costing over $1.00 per invitation.

When I bought my stamps I almost fell on the floor when I saw the total......I had 150 invites to mail out.

Re: Stamp question

I went to the post office yesterday to buy my stamps...$180!!! I almost died!! I had to buy one of each love stamp, the .58 and the .41 for my outer, and then another set of the .41 for the responses for 125 invites!!! KILL ME!

I used the liberty bell stamps on the response envelopes..you can technicly do whatever you want to. No set rules apply...just do what makes you happy without driving yourself crazy!!
