I spoke to the cake vendor that does the cake for Giorgio's today. I asked her what does the standard cake look like and she said it's just a plain white cake (either fondant or butter cream) with a few choices of filling. Is this true the standard cake literally has nothing on it what so ever????

Standard Cake
thanks, I have a feeling thats more like it. I called the cake company thinking they would know best but this lady didn't sound so confident. So I probably have to talk Giorgio's. I am hoping if any Giorgio's bride see's this they can give me more info!

Re: Standard Cake
I got married at Giorgio's and to be truthful the standard cakes are very out dated. There are only about 6 styles and they are all white. Don't speak with the staff because they weren't very helpful to us speak with the owner directly. We upgraded our design / style of cake and yes he charged a little more to customize it but in the grand scheme of things it really wasn't that much more. I added a picture of my cake so you can see what we did.
I think we may have emailed before but if you want more info feel free to FM me or email me.
Sorry...Pic wouldn't upload so I added it to my album. The scrolling looks black but it's actually a cranberry color. It matched my BM's dresses.
