I don't think I have a deed. I have a contract of sale. What does the deed look like? Should I have that? What did you girls send for STAR?

speaking of deeds- we just received ours in the mail sent from our lawyer....perhaps you should call your lawyer and see if he/seh has it or sent it? it looks like just another one of the many papers that we signed at closing. nothing special! good luck! we'll be applying for STAR too soon.

Yeah that makes sense. I don't think you ever get the ORIGINAL deed until your lien clears.
But a copy works for documents like that.

Call 516-571-2377. They will send you an application. I talked to them today. It has to be in before January 2005 so call soon.
