Just made an appt to see Starlight Express next week and I have to say that the woman on the phone was kinda rude and not very accomodating. I hope my meeting with them goes better than my phone conversation.

that surprises me they were nothing but nice when i called and even when i went in. FH was running late from work and the woman was very nice about it.

I wanted to look at them and then we wound up booking a band but from my dealings with them they were always very helpful and nice. hopefully it was just a fluke- good luck!
