Start time for a Fridat night wedding.

Hey girls,

I have decided to have my wedding at Russos on the Bay, its on a Friday night in September however the start time is 8:30PM. Is that to late to start a cocktail hour or do you think it gives the guests enough time to get there if they went to work that day? Im sooo confused, HELP!!

Im not friday but Im thursday night and we are starting at 6:30 for ceremony and CH at 7, reception 8-12.
