What are my options for a 300+ guest list?

So far I've been to:

Oheka
Westbury Manor
Crest Hollow Country Club

Where else can I go look?

Just to comment on the Westbury Manor-- I went there and they told me they COULD hold up to 300.

However, in my personal opinion, I think it would be squished. But they can do it, 'technically'

Villa Lombardi's can hold up to 800 I think try them!

I am in the same range and here is where we looked that said they could accomodate, some of the spaces I was skeptic about fitting the number though:
Venetian Yacht Club (with the whole bldg)
Watermill
East Wind
Giorgio's
Hyatt Wind Watch
Bourne Mansion
North Ritz Club
Oheka
Carlyle on the green
Flowerfield
Atlantis
Crescent Beach Club
Land's End!

And remember when you look to use the fact that there are so many people in bargaining, we really got some great deals and things thrown in. Remember it is not everyday, especially with our economy, that they are getting an opportunity to host a party of our size, use it to your advantage!

I agree with the Inn at New Hyde Park, it can comfortably fit 300+.

My extended family holds christmas parties at the New Hyde Park inn for the past few years, so I'm looking for someplace different than where we normally go.

Thanks for all of your help. I was really dismayed and though that we'd have a hard time accomodating a guest list of our size, but I'm glad to see that there are so many choices.

I don't know mutiple wedding at a time is a problem for you or not. If not, maybe check out Jericho Terrace? I've never been there, but my friend told me they have a big room can hold more tha 300pp. I'm not 100% sure though.

here's liweddings vendor list for over 300 ppl

out of all of the we went to

Atlantis Marine World- we went there with (ex) friends of ours and i loved it... when FH and I went I loved it even more, but he didn't like it.. and all our parents didn't like it.. so obv we didn't book

Coral House- I loved, it was my second choice.

Crest Hollow CC- my third choice.

Fox Hollow- the room I liked was too small for us

Hyatt Hotel- our friend had her wedding there and FH's company has their holiday party there (was this past friday) they do a great job with setting up and everything. The food is really good. only issue- our friend was married there, they did an indian wedding, and there were visitors watching the festivities.. in their speedos and bikinis. didn't make for nice pictures.

larkfield manor- i don't think its big enough to hold that many ppl... but the CH room is gorgeous and the food smells delicious!

majestic gardens- i LOVED.. my first choice, was just slightly out of our price range. I'd give anything to book there

North Ritz Club- gorgeous, but we had issues with the BM

v.e.r.d.i's of w.e.s.t.b.u.r.y- is my hall.. honestly, i think 300 might be a little tight, but i'm not sure.

westbury manor- i really don't think you can fit 300 there, FBIL went to a wedding where there was about 175 ppl in the BIG room and he said they were cramped. (i think he was in the small room, but he said big)... but the grounds are GORGEOUS and the peacocks.. oh i love them!

now as for the city...

i agree on gotham, or riverside church- thats what i wanted but my mother threw a shitfit about driving into the city.
