you get used to it. and when you dont drink your required 64 oz (2 liters) you are THIRSTY and ur body makes u drink it anyway lol

It is always like that... I ONLY drink water too since 3-4years ago... and it is hard and annoying!!!!!1 I have to pee every1 or 45min!!!!!!
I have been to the bathroom every 45min.. but have drank already 32oz!

Haha that's how it was for me at first too, now I finish the 2 liters so fast that I usually drink even more than that!

Sure you can definately join. It's 2 liters of water a day. Usually there's a thread posted where you check-in. I'm making one right now. It helps with weight loss + skin.

I have beat many, many boys in beer chugging contests. They say everyone has a talent, mine is chugging liquids at an ungodly speed.

i find the colder the water the easier it is to drink it really fast and work on the next bottle.
ps Already visited the bano like 2 times and I only had one full bottle of water and a small coffee.

um, i spilled the last 3 ounces of my first liter all over my pants. you'd think after drinking 30 ounces i would have mastered the whole 'keeping it in my mouth' thing.
