Starting Phisical Therapy for my knee today..........

Wish me luck! i am leaving in about 20min for my first therapy appointment. I am scared cause i know its gonna hurt like a biatch!!!!!!! Ill talk to you all later!!!

Good Luck. I had PT for my knees. I hope it goes well. The first appt is usually just an eval and then they will ice your knee, stretch it out a little and put the electric stim on it. Don't worry.

Good Luck!!! When I had physical therapy on my arm It was soo annoying. I literally had no strenght to lift up anything. It does help in the long run though!!

im back! it wasnt too bad i only almost kicked the girl once lol!!! we went easy today, just some ice, heat, an ultrsound and tens unit. We are gonna do more on tuesday!
