If you follow the plan very strict, then cold cuts are a no-no. Anything with a lot of preservatives (nitrates) is bad. Cold Cuts, Bacon, etc.
Also, anything with sweet and low (asparteme) is considered off limits; so your mainstream diet soda, sugar free jello, etc.
It's not that you wont lose if you have nitrates/asparteme products; its more that it will happen more slowly.
As for the cheeses, you are supposed to have hard cheeses (cheddar, swiss, etc) I'm not sure if the cheese you list is considered hard or soft. There is a complete list in the book.
Good Luck!

I second this list!! This was what I lived on my first month of low-carb. Paul Newman has a 0 carb salad dressing..

Well, there are quite a few things you could get started with. Chicken, lean beef, eggs, lite cheese. There is also low-carb cerals and mixes by carb sense,- www.carbsense.com. The roasted hazelnet flavor is pretty good with fresh strawberries. The ceral itself only has 3 net carbs,- not too bad...

You can have splenda and half and half with your coffee to replace sugar and milk. It actually tastes better

Did the jello change? In my version (yellow- New Atkins revolution) you were allowed sugar-free jello during induction.
