starting to get REALLY nervous re: guestlist

ok, so we bit the bullet and invited our entire guest list, rather than putting 15 people on a 'b' list.... so we have about 290. so far, a week and a half after the invites went out.... we have about 85 yesses and 10 no's. we cannot fit more than 265 in our room at the hall we were really banking on that 20% decline.... or at LEAST 15%.... now i am freaking out!!! please tell me the no's will come!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, you can't count on it...but there will be no's - they just come later...as shown on the link I attached there's a good chance of at least 10% no's (some people have really high decline rates, others not so muc, but people always RSVP no).

Sending the 'please RSVP no to my wedding' vibes your way...At least half of mine (I had a really high decline rate since 100% of my family was from OOT) should do ...

They do come later...I promise.

I think the Yes's always seem to send out their RSVP cards first... the nos are always stragglers - they'll come!

i agree you get all the yes's in the beginning and a few nos but then there are the stragglers which you want to kill but usually a few more nos and maybe a yes or two but in the end it always seems to work out we invited about 275-280 and we have 227 coming

i have to keep rereading this thread because everyday i get more obsessed and worried

just wanted to give you girls an update on my guestlist.... and its not good.....

no's NEEDED: 14
no's wanted:38

I mean, there is NO WAY that i wont get those 14 more no's right??? omg just realized that i havent been counting fh and I, 16 needed now!!!!
