State Tax(owing money)
Does anyone know if you can make payments on the state tax you owe?
I just filed DH's taxes online using H and R block and it didnt give us any installment options like for Federal taxes Owed?
I dont know what to do?
Not to mention Im about to break down in tears at the amount of money we owe and our installment on Federal only will take 2 years to pay off

You can pay it in installments. We had the option to do it.

This is going to sound totally naive of me, but I've never (THANK G-D!!) had to pay.
How is it that you have to pay? Are not enough taxes being taken out of your paycheck, do you not own a house...I dont understand the reasons...

We ALWAYS get a federal refund and ALWAYS OWE state tax!!! I have no idea why!!! No house, no kids!!!

I generally only get $20 to $30 back from NYS. I wish they'd keep the money and not make me file. It is such a pain.
