I need recommendations for a bridal shower location. I have some family in NJ, most in SI and FH's family in LI, so we decided on SI for my shower.
Today we visited: - The Lake Cafe (In Clove Lakes) - Cafe Botanica (in Snug Harbor) - Looked for places in Richmondtown but they were closed - Marina Grand and Marina Cafe in Great Kills Harbor - South Shore Country Club
We are looking for a place that is different from the typical sit down luncheon.
Please let me know your recommendations. Thanks.

Whatever you do dont go to Stanleys at the SI Hotel I worked there and you do NOT want to have a party there.

i was asking FH and he said nowhere - lmao - he is so bad......he always is complaning that staten island ***** - that is a typical staten islander for ya....
but anway my FSIL had her shower at Bistro - it was a brunch in the back dining room - it was delicious.....ive also been to partys at the marina cafe -which was delicious also.....marina is prob on the expensive side....
i told FH i want mine at a bowling alley - like a little kids party LMAO.....j/k j/k! but seriously how funny with that be
