did any of you order your save the dates yet? when are you mailing them out?

Personally I think its too soon, so i am gonna wait a little less than a year before the wedding to send them out maybe like 8 months. Plus i want to hire my photographer first and take engagement pics bc i would love to use one of those pics for the std

we're in the process of ordering them but they double as engagement announcements so we'll be sending them out as soon as we get them

we're going to wait until at least a year before to send them out. we will have a lot of OOTers, so we'll need to block some hotel rooms before we send STDs out.

I sent a mass e-mail to family & friends letting them know we booked, where, & the date plus some current pics of our four-legged baby... I plan on doing them myself alth another sent me great info on having them printed, I'll share if you want me to let me know. I plan on sending them out in June closer to the 1 year mark.

We're having a mini-destination wedding where pretty much everyone will need a hotel room, so we're gonna send ours out about 10 months before the wedding, so they can reserve rooms. Any earlier than that, I'd be worried about people forgetting, or putting off reserving the rooms because it's so far in advance.

I'm thinking about having them available at our engagement party next year! And then sending them out to those who arent able to come the day after the party! But I want to take my engagement pics first

I ordered mine I should be getting them in the mail this week sometime. I will mail them out after the holidays.

we are sending ours out with the christmas cards this year....they are magnets so they can't get lost....throw them on the fridge....and we really have so much OOT family that i want everyone to know, cause I have some people that literally have to request off now!!!!

We ordered ours and I sent mine out with my X-mas cards (figured save the money on postage) and FH's save the dates are going out next month since he doenst like sending X-mas cards...my theory is it is never too early...I want everyone to know as soon as possible when we are getting married
