So I ordered save the date magnets that should be in shortly. I am going to give them as favors at the eparty and mail to those who don't come. How should I package these?? Any ideas?? I want something cheap that I can do myself... Print out a card and attach it inside or something??
Any ideas??? What have you done??? I also forgot to put the location information and since many guests are OOT I was thinking I should put the direction card from the RH or just print the information up.

i did std magnets, too. i ordered cards from the same place that i got the magnets from that held the and said 'please use this magnet as a reminder of our special day'. for oot guests, i printed hotel information on fun wedding-y paper (that i got at kinkos) and mailed it with the magnets. i thought it would need more than one stamp, but it didn't.

We did STD magnets... it has the following: we're getting married.. our name.. the date.. a mini calander (to show what day of the week) our website formal invitation to follow
You really don't need to put the directions or any of that yet... same that for the formal. This is just to inform everyone of your marriage and the date.
My FH works at a print shop so he just brought home envelopes that fit the magnets perfectly. We are mailing them out soon... even though most of them were already given ...lol.. You can get small envelopes from Staples though
I dont think you need to add anything else. If you want to type up a little note to make it more personal, that you can do. Pick up nice stationary paper to print it all out on. But just the STD will be more then enough information...JMO.
