STD addressing question

STD addressing question

If you are sending a STD to someone single who will be bringing a guest, are you just writing that person's name on the front of the envelope? For ex:
Mr. Richard Smith

or would you write

Mr. Richard Smith and guest

I am under the impression that just the person we know goes on the STD, but the 'and guest' goes on the invite.

Hey date twin! I was just thinking about this! We are doing just what you suggested EXCEPT for OOT guests...if they are 'truly' OOT we are including and guest/guests name just so that they are aware they can bring someone when making traveling arrangements! :)

I didn't include the guest on the STD

we didn't include guests on the STDs we're including that on the invitation only.

did you girls hand write the STD's or have them done or just print up labels? whats the proper thing to do?
