For you ladies who mailed out your STDs, did you hire a calligrapher to do it? FH and I were just going to print the addresses and return address from our computer, but we thought this might start to get really annoying and cumbersome. And he didn't really like printing them out on labels. So we were talking about maybe using weddingink.net to do this for us, but do people normally do this just for STDs?
I've never seen it done for STDs and I'm doing labels but if its what you want go for it.
I haven't sent out my Save the Date magnets yet, but I plan on printing addresses and return labels myself. If the calligraphy doesn't cost that much and if you and FH prefer it, then go for it!

I was going to have weddingink do mine, but then I was running short on time. I'm not a huge fan of labels, but I forced myself not to care. Honestly, for the save the dates it's not that big a deal. I ordered a stamp on etsy for the return address.

I used labels for my STDs. I plan on using a calligrapher for the invitations.
I printed the addresses on the envelopes myself. It was a little annoying setting it up at first, but not terrible. Our return address was pre-printed on the envelopes (thank you, vistaprint!) and I sealed them with a sticker. I wanted the STDs to be fun and informal.
