STD Idea
My FI came up with this idea that I think is really cute.
Since we are long distance and our guests (half anyway) are going to be traveling cross-country, he decided to have our STD cards be in the form of a passport. My FSIL is a graphic designer and she will be making our STD and our invitations.
Something along the lines of 'Passport to Rob and Jenn's Great Adventure' and fill it will info on flights, hotels, stuff to do, intinery and such. The last page will be our wedding date and a Save This Date. I liked the idea because when he proposed, he actually asked me if I was ready to start an adventure of a lifetime. It works well for our out-of-town guests but I might use it for all of them, with an 'invitation to follow'...
