a friend of mine got me my magnets, but they were the regular rectangle/business card size. they were staples brand, did you check there? I know the craft stores sell rolls of magnet tape, which you could cut. They may have one thick enough to make the size square you want.

I got mine from Magnetqueen - they offer 50% discounts all the time and also you can check out my proof in my album.
You can also go on the site and get two free samples as well - they're not flimsy and FH and are really happy with them.

I used Magnet Street for our save the dates. They were great. They had wonderful customer service. They dealt with my many questions. I changed the design a few times, they were very quick to get back to me and send a proof (each time). The finally product came almost 3 weeks earlier than I expected.
I was very happy with them and would use them again.

Re: STD Magnets

I was in AC Moore and I saw 8x10 sheets I thnk they were about $5.

I've posted before I got mine on ebay 100 for $50 which was much lower than some of the other prices i've seen.

FM me if you want info.

Re: STD Magnets

I bought magnet tape from Staples and just cut pieces and put them on the back of my STD's -- I think I paid $5 for a roll that did 150 STDS

Re: STD Magnets

I purchased my std online w/ a kit where I just printed something on the top and placed them in the pocket. I ordered I believer 50, they sent me 60, and I paid $70 altogether.
weddingmagnet.com or savethedatemagnet.com

Re: STD Magnets

if you want to DIY the design i highly suggest Cafe-Press
I designed the entire design and had them print 100 magnets. they were .84 each and they are perfect!! i was originally gonna DIY out of my computer with the magnet paper but they looked cheap and werent shiny. these are like hard coated shiny and perfect. really probably the best buy i have had through my whole planning!! i dont have a pic right now but will post another time. HTH!
