STD MISHAP!!!!!

so i just ordered a save the date proof..just one..and im going to make color copies of it so i wasnt spending like $100..anyways

i finalized the order and forgot to put that i was getting married in NY

everyone pretty much knows
but all i put on it was

save the date
february 23,2008
dominique & Evan
are getting married
invitaion and details to follow

do you think i made a chuge boo boo..i spent like $10 on it and can not change it..should i just order antother one..or just think of another creative way to add NY into it

here is a proof of it..i stold the idea from snowflake..were feb brides so..its ok..right

hmmmmmmmm - I don't know.

Personally, if everyone knows - don't bother changing.

BUT, on the other hand - STDs were mainly for out of town guests so they knew they'd have to make arrangements and such.

So 51% of me says change it and 49% of me says screw it.

I know..IM SO in the middle..With the invitations I have an accommodation card that IM sending..Cause ill block out rooms SO everyone stays at the same place and also my mom is keeping my family updated and his mom keeping his family updated on flight arrangements..I don't know what to do..I gotta think of something..I might get them in the mail and completely not like them..SO it might be OK

I would change it. Or you can also add in the envelope hotel info on a small piece of paper this way they know it's in ny.

thats what i was thinking..and this is not the final product either..i bought black and white card stock that im going to glue these to..so maybe i can do something there..

yup. that's what i would do. when i sent out my STD's, i included an insert with hotel information for guests so they could make arrangements early.

are you not in NY? is that why you want to make sure your guests know you are marrying in NY?

no i do not live up there..i grew up on LI and my whole family is there..and everyone knows we are getting married there..maybe i can add the NY skyline in as a border on the other part im making..or something...give me some suggestions on what to add to it..not order new ones cause im not spending that money again

thats what happend..i showed her the proof for it and shes like..oh no..your stupid..you forgot to put that it was in NY..and im like.. i know i didnt order it yet..and shes like..good..i know youre not that dumb

I wouldn't change it. If you are putting them onto card stock you can always print information on the back.... (like hotel info or what not).

Also, you said you were going to color copy and then glue them to card stock....can you just print them onto card stock so you don't have to do all that gluein' ? or color copy them onto card stock...
