Do you address STD to 'XX & Guest' or just to the person you want to invite if they are not dating anyone but will be invited with a guest??
when we sent ours out, we sent them only to the person if they are not dating..no guest. You can add the ''and guest' part for the invites

We just sent to the person who we were sending the invite to. If they have a serious significant other I put their name on the envelope as well (I really liked it when I saw people addressed things to my FH and me, mainly his friend's wives) so I did the same thing back.
I would go with t no and guest just the person you are inviting you can add the and guest on the invite
