Should I include the hotel information in ALL my STDs or just the OOT guests? I'm thinking of putting them in all of them because I know many of my guests may not want to drive home and may want to crash somewhere...including my guests on Long Island.
Put it in all. For my sisters wedding 50 people stayed in the hotel. Less than 1/2 were OOT guests.
maybne if you want to save on postage (if the extras will cost more $$) than make a cute card up that says 'for more travel and hotel infomration, polease contact us and we'll be gald to send it to you, etc'!
I put the information right on the card and sent it to everyone.
