All I had was our names and date and 'Formal Invitation to Follow'. I didn't include Hotel information with the STD's.

That's right. STDs are just usually your names, date and maybe location. I included the URL to our wedding website which has all of the information on it.
Hotel info goes in the invitation envelopes.

We just put our wedding date and wedding website (which had all of the hotel and location info) on the STDs.

We're including names and dates and adding a card saying 'rooms have been reserved at ... see our website for additional information' along with the website address.

I put all travel and hotel info on website and the card directed them to that.

we had our date and our wedding website... all the hotel info is on there so it wasn't necessary to include anything else...
