I am STILL working on our save the dates with our invitation designer and I probably won't have them until mid-late November at this point. I will send them out as soon as we get them, but do you think its a bad idea to send them around the holidays? Will they get lost / mixed in with holiday cards? I don't want to wait until after the holidays because our wedding is in June! Thoughts? I'd like to mail them out the last week in November/first week in December - but is that risky?

I think if you get them out by the last week in November, you should be safe. After that, I think things will start getting crazy with the mail.

I think as long as they're out by the week after Thanksgiving, you're good. But I wouldn't go further past that.

I would just send them out whenever I get them.
