Hey Ladies, I am finalizing my STD, and since I am getting married on July 3rd (a Tuesday) next year I wanted to put that on it. But I noticed most STD I have gotten just state the date. FH says to put the day on it as most people we told kept thinking it was a holiday weekend. So which one do you think I should do:

I agree with the girls...definitely put Tuesday. When I get invitations I always check the date, but I would imagine that some people don't.

ITA!! Our wedding is Monday, Labor Day. So our STDs actually had our picture, names & a calendar with a heart around our wedding date.

Definitely add the Tuesday - It will help all your guests better plan for the wedding (in case anyone needs time off from work, travel, etc.)

I would DEF put the day of the week so they know it's a weekday and can put in for time off, etc etc
