what do you think of this wording

Michelle XXX and Brenton XXX are excited to announce their wedding on Thursday, July 31, 2008. This magnet will help to remind you of the special upcoming date. We hope that you will be able to make the trip to Hawaii. The wedding ceremony will take place six o’clock at The Kahala Resort, Honolulu, Hawaii. The reception will immediately follow.

That is the most wording I have seen on a STD so far, lol. BUt it sounds great. I wanted to make a thread like this bec I wasnt sure how I should word mine:

its a lot of wording b/c we have a ton of out of towners and we have to book ahead of time. I will need to tell them about hotels and stuff like now. You can't just go to Hawaii for 3 days
