I bought assorted purple color cardstock..Printed my STD on the paper. It looks good..Now I take it to get laminated right??? Then I just place the magnet on the back right???? Just want to make sure that is how it is done..I never had directions for this. TIA for help!

i printed mine onto glossy photo paper then used the sticky magnets on the back of them...

Hey...I replied on the '06 board, but I did the same thing (minus the lamination) - pics below:
I bought purple cardstock, put our picture on the front, and on the inside top using double stick taped attached the magnets. on the tinside bottom, I wrote few things (formal invite to follow, hotel info, etc, etc, etc.)

Thanks! I guess I should have bought the glossy paper. hummm..maybe I will do one sheet at staples and see how it looks. I like the way it printed out on the light purple paper. I have been wanting to get it over with and mail them out by the end of the week.

I don't even think the lamination is necessary! I think the purple card stock works fine on it's own...Save the Money!

Why dont you just get magnet sheets? The only drawback is that you have to cut them out individually and paste them on to the cardstock. There's no need to laminate them unless that's what you really want.
