When we got engaged we sent out announcements - Should we send out STD's also??

Did your announcements have the wedding date on them? If not than yes, you could send out STD's. I think 6 or 8 months in advance is good, but someone else may know better...

Send them out if you have a lot of OOT guests... otherwise the announcement is probably good enough!
