I got my STD's :) Now I am in the process of addressing them but I am not sure if I should say Miss. xyz and guest or just address it to Miss xyz Any suggestions.

I would leave off the and guest, and save it for the wedding invite. Unless of couse, they have a serious sig other, than I would also address them on the envelope.

We didn't include the 'and guest' on the STDs. It's more of a way for someone to put the day on their calendar.
The 'and guest' goes on the formal invite.
We also didn't use Mr. & Mrs. -- we did it more casually like Bob & Jane Smith
