When are save the date cards usually sent out?

I think a lot of girls do a year to 10 months, depending on how long they had to plan the wedding... and that's the plan I'm sticking with

We sent ours out 9 mos. from the wedding. I'd say a year out if your wedding is on a holiday weekend.

hmm i havent thought about it but my wedding is 4th of july weekend so i guess i better do it a year out?

I think I'm gonna send them out 10 or 11 months prior...def going to wait til after the holiday season of 2010

Yea my wedding is during the july 4 weekend so...I am kind of bad at this but when do i count a year out...from january 2010...or when i get to july 2010... ...I am new at this stuff....

If you're getting married July 4th weekend of 2011, I would drop them in the mail just after July 4th, 2010... like, that week.

Im leaning towards sending ours out 10-11 months prior since our big day is the weekend before Labor Day...
