What did everyone do for each??? This is the one thing I feel really behind the ball on. I have zero desire to spend a lot of money on either, and I know that the std's need to go out asap..... Thanks!

I did STD with a picture on a magnet.
Got 100 of them from vista print [made them myself] for under $60!
use the epics from your photographer........then you can make your own STDs

I used a pic we had that I liked, We haven't booked our e-pics yet and I didn't want to prolong it any more....I ordered mine on vista print too, they have really good deals on magnets, and I got matching envelopes too!

mine were kind of high in price, but we loved them!!!!! We got them on magnet street. Everyone that got them said they almost peed their pants when they saw them!
we didnt want our picture on our save the date...i liked the idea of stick figures..our engagement party invite had the same stick figures only the boy is holding a box with a heart in it and the girl has her 'hands' to her face...
Try Vistaprint or Shutterfly!! Good Prices! Sometimes you can get a bunch of free prints!

i did magnets from vistaprint...they were running a deal 50% off so each magnet came to 50cents. Not sure if they are still running that promo or not but they are running 100 free postcards that you can create (they charge like $5 if you want to add a photo of your own). All you pay for is shipping (which is about $6). def worth checking out...ill try to bump the thread that has the link to the discount...

Aw, dont stress. I did vistaprint postcards. I think with stamps it came to under $30 for 100. Pics should be in my DIY album if you want to see

I did vista print magnets (business card size) 100 for $35... no pictures, I figure I can print a bunch of our e-pics of pics of us together and put that in the envelope with the save the date...

I used vistaprint as well and am ordering them today hopefully. Very easy and affordable Got 100 large magents, envelopes and return address labels for about $90!!

if you are looking to save $$ and you get the large magnets (and prob the postcards) from vistaprint you can buy envelopes from staples (100 for $9)....you wont have your address printed or anything but its def cheaper to do it that way. Plus vistaprint is offering 140 free address labels (only pay shipping) so you could coordinate ones to match your std and order them along with postcards

I didn't even do the picture thing for my STD. I did them on Vistaprint and ended up finding something that was EXACTLY the look of the wedding. And it was about $25 or something...for 150 of them and shipping.
We didn't want to spend a lot of money on them, so I didnt!! ANd, i LOVE LOVE them.
