Steampunk wedding decorators + veggie catering? NYC/LI
Since this is one of the most helpful forums I've ever been on, I figured I'd ask 2 (last, hopefully) questions.
I'm looking into the Foundry in LIC for the reception and ceremony, and since it's a (relatively) inexpensive raw space, I want a kick *** decorator who KNOWS (or will at least do lots of research to recreate) steampunk style.
I love what Fete: http://feteny.com/ has done with the space and am confident they'd pull off something excellent, though they seem pretty huge and possibly booked 2 yrs in advance? I need to contact them. ANy other decorator ideas? I want someone who'll bring the furniture to the flowers to the (lots of) candles and make it work.
Also, I have no idea how to find a good caterer who can pull off GOOD veggie food (can't be vegan or none of the groom's family will edit: NOT show!) with a steampunk twist/style. Any ideas? Or just any caterer who's good and does all-vegetarian menus?
